About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to support our client's business transformation and growth objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and influence the direction of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet the client's specific business needs.
Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and deliver end-to-end implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Provide strategic guidance on best practices, system configurations, and industry-specific functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct solution assessments and optimize the performance of existing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
Ensure the alignment of the solution with industry standards, security requirements, and compliance regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during implementation and post-deployment phases.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates, features, and trends to ensure clients benefit from the latest capabilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations processes.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong background in project delivery with expertise in the full project lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, and support).
Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, third-party integrations).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants and developers.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O (desired but not mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
Experience in industry-specific solutions (e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics) is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud-based implementations and deployment models (e.g., Azure).
Experience with DevOps processes and tools related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
