Job Title: Microsoft D365 CE Tech

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Provide technical expertise across pre-sales and delivery phases.
- Evaluate client requirements and align solutions with Microsoft and client offerings.
- Develop end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft stack.
- Create high-quality proposals, client presentations, and demonstrations.
- Develop solution assets/accelerators and support go-to-market activities.
- Lead delivery engagements, including planning and leading workshops.
- Work closely with Microsoft and regional leaders to support business applications growth plans.
- Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
- Manage data-centric discussions and system architecture processes.
- Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs.
Requirements:
- Strong specialization in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, etc.).
- Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents).
- Experience with integration and data migration platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex and large-scale applications based on Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience working in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders.
