Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, maintain relationships with the business, and drive standard business processes.
Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes.
The ability to work from a design and author content in AEM with components available
Provide training to the marketing team on authoring content and to demo new functionality.
Support business on initiatives for the AEM platform.
Optimize authoring experience for our AEM users.
Requirements
1 or more years of experience gathering and documenting requirements and creating and maintaining functional specifications.
Must have AEM experience.
Working experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
Working experience in writing user stories.
Proficient understanding of all AEM OOTB components and features like DAM, workflows, personalization, sites and integrations with Adobe Analytics.
written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work at a cross functional level within the organization.
Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
